Excluding blog posts from one page

Hello All,

Am currently working on my businesses WP site (using the Zinc theme by laborator) and am trying to hide the category ‘media-release’ from the Blog page and making them show up on the ‘Media’ page.

I have used ‘Simply Exclude’ plugin to remove the posts from the blog page but it hides the posts from archives which means the ‘List category posts’ plugin cannot list them.

Any ideas?
