Excluded pages still showing up in Search

    Hello, we’re on wordpress version 5.9.3 and using the add on Search Exclude version 1.2.6. The page we’re trying to exclude from the search is still showing up even after the Search Exclude box is checked on that webpage. In wordpress it says the Search Exclude plugin was updated a week ago, could that be why this plugin is no longer functioning?
