@ilanziv1 We’re sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue on your site.
We reviewed the URL you provided and were able to find the noindex
meta tag present in the source code (see image here). So if you aren’t seeing this for that URL, it’s likely that you are viewing a cached version of the page.
If you clear your cache does this resolve the issue with being unable to see the tag? We have information on how to clear your browser cache at the following link: https://yoast.com/help/how-to-clear-my-browsers-cache/.
There are a number of ways you can set a page to noindex
, so we would recommend checking all of them.
You can set pages to default to noindex
by performing the following actions:
? In WordPress go to SEO>Search Appearance>Content Types
? For Pages set ‘Show Pages in search results’ to ‘No’
? Click ‘Save Changes’
Also, we would recommend checking to make sure that the page is set to noindex
on the individual page’s edit page. You can check this setting by performing the following actions:
? Go to the Edit screen for a page by going in WordPress to Pages and then clicking the ‘Edit’ link beneath the Page in question
? Scroll down to the Yoast metabox
? Click on the ‘Advanced’ area
? For ‘Allow search engines to show this Page in search results?’ make sure this is set to ‘No’
* Note (setting this value to Yes will set meta robots to index
and setting No would set meta robots to noindex
)
We also have a guide on how to set a page/post or taxonomy’s meta robots tag to noindex
here: https://yoast.com/help/how-do-i-noindex-urls/
Can you please try the aforementioned suggestions and let us know whether this resolves your issue?
