Exclude Widget from Cache

I am using the Jetpack Milestone Widget in my sidebar, however with the LS plugin enabled it caches the widget and the countdown days do not change. How can I stop it from caching that widget so it will show the correct amount of days (it has been stuck on the same day now for 4 days?

I have already tried that, it just made the widget disappear altogether. The only way it becomes visible it to disable ESI for that block.
For reference, I just enabled it and set it to public. As you can see in the sidebar that widget has now disappeared.
