Exclude wc-api/ woocommerce from automatic redirects

Hey there,

you have pretty strange bug, where you are trying to exclude rest api calls from automatic redirects (is_rest() check) but you forgot to exclude woocommerce /wc-api/* stuff, which is also used with some services, for example sendcloud.com.

While this is not excluded and automatic language redirects are active, all POST and GET requests to given api endpoints with path starting /wc-api/ are redirected to /lang_code/wc-api

While with GET requests its working, POST requests are forgotten and redirected to GET request, also bad ??
