Exclude Users?

    Hello, is it possible to exclude accounts from a backup/restore, or from staging?

    My source site has accounts Dev1 and Dev2.

    My destination site has accounts Founder, Member1, Subscriber2, etc.

    I don’t want the Dev accounts in the source site to overwrite the accounts in the destination site.

    Hello,

    WPvivid plugin cannot exclude specific WordPress users during the restoration of a backup. Therefore, the existing WordPress users are overwritten with those from the backup once the restoration process is completed.

    I’m not asking to exclude specific users.

    I’m asking to exclude all users.

    Hi @johnywhy

    The free version does not support excluding tables. You can use the pro version to exclude _users and _usermeta tables from the restoration, so users on Dev2 will not be overwritten.
