    Hi @skillboosters,

    Thanks for your comments.

The “exclude user by role” feature list all the user roles from WordPress, eg.: Administrator, Editor, Customer, etc and you can select the roles you don’t want to track. For example you can exclude the Administrator role from the site so get a more accurate result in the Activity Log. If you have a WooCommerce shop, you can exclude each role except “Customer” to see the only the customers activity. This feature work only if the user is logged in, but on the settings you can setup the tracking options:
    1. All users (tracks everyone: website visitors and CMS users)
    2. Only logged-in users
    3. Only users who are not logged-in

    Hope this helps.

Hi, can you send a screenshot of where we can select the roles we don’t want to track. This is what I can’t find. Thanks.

    Hi @skillboosters,

You can navigate to your Admin area -> Settings -> Activity Log -> Tracking Settings (tab)

Please note this feature is available in the Premium Add-on version 1.3.0.

    Hope this helps

    Hi @skillboosters,

Please confirm the plugin versions, for both add-on and base (free) plugin.
The latest version for base should be 1.5.1, for add-on 1.3.0

    Thanks

    Hi @skillboosters,

It’s strange why it’s not visible for you. You can try to access the page directly by using this URL:

    https://example.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=moove-activity&tab=tracking_settings

Replace the example.com with your site URL.

    Hope this helps.

Hi – the tracking settings are just showing the free options still. I have de-activated all plugins and still the same. Any suggestions as this is why I purchased the premium. Thanks.

    Hi @skillboosters

Can we just check: did you not only installed the add-on but also ACTIVATED it?
(IN the CMS > Plugins screen)?

Both plugins need to be installed AND activated.

Let us know if this does not help.

Hi – I am an IT expert so the last two replies are a little simplistic if you don’t mind me saying. Any other suggestions – many thanks. If you can’t get the plugin to work – you could send me the code to display these options.
