Exclude urls from redirect

Currently all posts from our blog are being redirected to homepage with a regex rule (301) added in Redirection plugin. How can we exclude certain urls from redirects ?
Tried “Do Nothing” https://redirection.me/support/redirect-actions/ option but it doesn’t work, post is still being redirected.
