Exclude Twitter/FB-Feed-PlugIns from Cache

Is there any possibility to exclude dynamic plugins, like twitter or Facebook/RSS-Feeds from the cache? At the moment, they’re frozen in the moment, the cache was built.
(actually i’m using “Really Simple Twitter Feed Widget”)
