Exclude Tweet & Like buttons in certain pages

Hi, to exclude the Tweet & Like buttons in certain pages we can enter the post/page IDs in the “Exclude” textbox.
But I’ve changed the default Permalink setting of my WordPress to “/%category%/%postname%” which will display a page URL as something below:
https://mysite.com/wp/shopping-cart
I tried to enter ‘shopping-cart’ in the “Exclude” textbox but to no avail.
Please advise. Thanks.
