    Hi. I am trying to exclude an input field from translation, as it just gets replaced by the text attached at the bottom in the translated version. Which field under Advanced setting should I use? And what should I write there? Copy of the element from inspect attached below:

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching us!

    The option to exclude these is “Exclude selectors from translation”.

    You can find this feature if you go to Settings->TranslatePress->Advanced tab and if you scroll down you will find this.

    All you have to exclude is the selector and not the whole HTML.

    Thank you very much for your reply. I’ve done some testing now and I think one or both of the two following is the problem.

    1. As most other booking systems, ours also has several steps. I am able to disable translation of a certain area of the boking form, which has the same selector throughout all the booking steps. But the disabling only works for the first step

    2. After a lot of different attempts, I still haven’t found the selector for the input field.

    Not sure if you’ll be able to help with this information, but any help is much appreciated

    I set this ticket as Resolved.
    You can also change its status back to unresolved and let us know by replying to this topic if your issue still needs attention.
    Another option is to let this ticket as it is and open a new one where to mention the issue again and ask for support.
