Exclude the profile image

Hi, in my posts there is also the profile picture of the author.
Sometimes it happens that, when there are problems with the photo in evidence, the profile photo is taken in the shares. How can this be avoided?
I would like a code that says never take the profile picture for post sharing on Facebook and Twitter.
