    Hi Team,

I would like to ask you how I can exclude the plugin’s activities.

At this moment, I am using the plugin called “WP Avatar Pro” which will allow us to change the avatar image.

I just found out that “Security by CleanTalk” will stop saving the image.

I am not sure how this plugin works (I guess javascript), but I really need to use this plugin as much as your plugin.

Please let me know how I can exclude or let this plugin to work within “Security by CleanTalk”.

    Thank you for your support.

    All best,

We did some tests and we need some details:
    1. What type of pictures do you upload and save?
    2. What error do you see? It’s better to send us screenshot of the error. Our e-mail: support@cleantalk.org

Also, disable the option “Check Uploaded Files”:
WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Security by CleanTalk —> General Settings —> category “Firewall”, disable “Check Uploaded Files” —> Save Changes.

    Write back anytime.

    Thank you.

    Hi SergeM,

    Thank you for your support.

    1. JPG, png.
    2. There is no error message, what happens is > upload the image > shows the image on the screen > press save button (checking mark) > nothing will happens.

I have turned off the “check Uploaded files”, but nothing change.

When I deactivate your plugin, I can upload and save the image.

Again, please let me know what I can do.

    All best,

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
