    Hi,

I would like to be able to exclude one or more terms from a page, without using the tedious shortcode. Simply by indicating, in an appropriate field (permafrost, gulfstream, etc.), that in such a page, I don’t want the glossary for a given term.

In the example, in my “Permafrost” page, I don’t want the term “Permafrost” to be highlighted for the glossary. Indeed, my “Permafrost” page already explains the term and the glossary is linked to this page . So it doesn’t make sense that the word “Permafrost” is linked to itself ??

But in the page that explains the term “Gulf Stream”, I would like the glossary to work for the word “Permafrost”, but not for “Gulf Stream”, etc. ??

This problem prevents me from buying the plugin, because the whole site is based on the term explanation.

    Thanks for your help.

    Nice evening.

    Hi,
the plugin enable to select specific term categories where the terms need to be picked inside a post/page so you can create different categories based on your needs and combine as you want.
That feature is available only on the pro version.

    Hi,
As I understand it, there is no reverse function:
excluding a term from a page, rather than linking all the terms on a page.
Which would simplify the work in my case ??

I would just like to be able to say, for the Permafrost page, I don’t want the term Permafrost to be concerned by the glossary (pop-up).

If the page is a term page (as I can understand from your link), and not another post type, there is an option in the settings “Prevent term link to appear in the same term page.” as documented at https://codeat.co/glossary/docs/prevent-term-link-appear-term-page/
