• Hi,
    great plugin first. It bugs me since years though.
    Is there any way to run 2 shortcodes on a single page?

    Example 1 Topnews: showing Taxonomy 1 AND 2 (1 post)
    Example 2: News Blog: showing Taxonomy 1 AND/OR only (all posts) but exclude Topnews post

    i thought the “avoid duplicate posts” toggle would do exactly this but it excludes all posts and Example 2 becomes empty.
    Is there a fix to this or a custom query?
    (Excluding individual posts each time there is a change in postssettings is seriously not a solution)

    Thanks in advance

    Hi.

    “Avoid Duplicate Posts” excludes all used posts on your page. If you only have these 2 news blocks, your second news block will exclude posts displayed in the first news block only.

    So, if I understand correctly, you only need to exclude only posts used in the first block, but not from all available post blocks?

    p.s. Could you show me a screenshot or your page URL with used news blocks? I still don’t quite understand your problem. We are now working on the plugin update and you may help us to resolve your problem with new options.

    Regards, nK.

    All in all it’s missing an “exclude taxonomy”-filter.
    As sticky-posts are not wide supported by plugins or Elementor i categorize my Posts as “Topnews” additionaly and hide the term-name visualy.

    Do you have a mail i can respond to? I can ngrok my testpage for a quick local view.

    First Teaser Block consists of:
    Postbased -> Category: news AND topnews

    Second Block consits of:
    Postbased -> Category: news
    avoid duplicate posts -> checked

    Your scenario is just working on my test server:

    avoid duplicate posts

    1. Category One + Category Two + Relation AND
    2. Category One + Avoid Duplicate Posts
