exclude / specify upload directories

  • Is there a way to limit which directories get uploaded? I have a BuddyPress where the avatars are displayed only if the are found localy, which this plugin prevents.
    So I would like to use the plugin for media uploads, but not for avatars and other files some plugins store in the uploads directory.

    Is this possible?
