Exclude specific (single) pages or posts

Thank you for this plugin.

I have a feature request: It would be nice if certain single pages or posts could be excluded. For this, there could be a checkbox made available in the page editor: “Include this page in sitemap”.

I would use it for some “internal” pages that are public, but not of much interest for the reader.
