Exclude specific products from email reminder

    Hi

    I’d like to exclude product ID 12345 from getting reviews. So :

    • when a customer has an order with only this product => no email to collet review is sent
    • or if this product is within a bigger order (containing this product and other ones) => email is sent to collect reviews for all products except for this one

    Is this possible ? How can i implement this ? Can you help ?

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    Yes, it is possible. You can assign a specific category to this product. Then go to the plugin settings page Reviews > Settings > Review Reminder > Enable for: Specific Categories > Categories: select all categories except the specific one.

    Thanks for your reply. But what is this product also belongs to other categories that, in general, contains products that need reviews ? Is this possibles in that case ?

    Hi,

    If the product belongs to other categories, the products assigned to those categories will still be reviewed. You can make some simple tests on your own.
