Exclude specific custom field from audit log

    Is there any way to exclude a specific custom field from the audit log? I have a meta value that is automatically updated using an update_post_meta function and would like to keep that from being logged since it happens pretty frequently and is cluttering up the log. Thanks for the great plugin!

    Thank you for showing interest in our plugin.

    Yes it is possible to exclude custom fields from the audit log. It is a new feature we introduced in the latest version of the plugin. You can read more about it from Exclude WordPress Users & Roles from WordPress Monitoring.

    I do see a slight problem with this functionality. When you return to the “Exclude Objects” tab on the Settings page, the list of excluded custom fields no longer appears. So there is no way to re-include a custom field that has been excluded (without accessing the database I assume). Thanks.

    HI Will,

    Can you please confirm if the wp_wsal_settings table has been created in the WordPress database? This is the table where the settings are stored.

    If not please deactivate and re-activate the plugin and let me know.
