Exclude Simple URLs Redirects

I entered into the Exclude field of the WP Maintenance Mode plugin the URLs of all the redirects made with the Simple URLs plugin. When in maintenance mode, these pages showed maintenance mode pages instead of redirecting. How can I keep my Simple URLs working when in maintenance mode? Thanks!
