    Hello,
I just installed the trial PRO version, and it looks great. I’m (till now) very happy with it.
    Two questions though:

    1. default setting is that users earn 4 points per euro spent. Is it possible to favor some customers? so that user John or Jane get 6 points instead of the default 4 points?

    2. is it possible to exclude certain products from the points system?
    – 2a. for example no points earned for products which are already on sale (discounted)?
    – 2b. for example no points earned if you buy a gift certificate?
    – 2c. for example less points earned for product X or Y?

If you have the Pro Version, you’re welcome to use our dedicated support, either by email or by joining our discord server. Both links are provided in the top right of your WooRewards admin panel.

    To answer your questions :

    1. It’s not possible at the moment but will be possible after the June 3.4 version release. In this release, we’ll add user roles management. Roles will be added as possible rewards and as a restriction to get access to a specific loyalty program.
You’ll then be able to create a loyalty system that gives 6 points to users with a certain role (for example “VIP” or “Gold Customer”)

    2. These are multiple features :
    – 2a. At the moment, you can give points for a selection of categories. The possibility to deny points for other categories will be added in version 3.2, which will be released next week (April 16).
    – 2b. Will also be possible with the same feature.
    – 2c. You can turn it the other way around. Attibute less points for all products, then add some points for some categories or some specific products. That part is already available.

I hope this answers your questions. Don’t hesitate to join our discord server to get a direct link with the team.
