Exclude Printful Products from counting towards free shipping treshold

    Hi,

    I am trying to exclude the printful products from counting towards free shipping treshold. At the moment this is not possible if you work with shipping zones. Is there a way around this?

    Thank you for your question!
    It looks like you could achieve this by using WooCommerce shipping classes (WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping classes) in combination with the default Flat Rate shipping method, but WooCommerce support would certainly know more on how to set that up!
    Another thing you could consider is looking at the various shipping plugins WordPress offers, which would help you sort this out.

    Hi,
    You cannot achieve that with shipping classes, perhaps if you do not uses zones it might work. Thresholds are set by each zones so the solution you are giving is not working. I have seen this answer being given a few times, but in this instance it is not working. Not resolved I am afraid.

    This is not yet something that can be adjusted on our plugin, which is why recommend reaching out to WooCommerce support or looking at the various shipping plugins WordPress offers, which would help you with sorting this out.

    Could you let us know if you’ve consulted with WooCommerce support about this and what they said?
