    Hello,
is it possible to exclude posts with a specific category from the post-sitemap.xml ?

It seems that the only possibilities are to exclude posts/pages with its IDs, what isn′t comfortable to maintain especially for future posts, or to deactivate specific post types or taxonomies in the backend. But for categories there is no option to activate.

The specific category isn′t listed in the toxonomies setting too. And with the code from https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-to-customize-the-sitemap-index/#exclude_taxonomy you only can deactivate the sitemap for the specific category under the category-sitemap.xml but not the specific posts in the post-sitemap.xml.

Is there a filter like the one for the taxonomies?

    Thank you for help ??
