Exclude posts with restricted access

  • Is there a way to exclude from display posts with restricted access?

    For example, if I have a category for only registered users, is there a way to hide all popular posts associated to this category for a guest user? Now he sees them but he can’t open them. I’d like him not to see them.

    Hi @polmock,

    Well, the plugin doesn’t offer such a feature but to answer your question yes it might be possible to dynamically exclude posts when specific conditions are met via code (eg. by using filter hooks for example.)

    How exactly are you keeping guests from seeing these posts?

    I’m using plugin “User Access Manager“.

    If you suggest me how, I could add a filtering hook as you suggest ??

    I’m not really familiar with the User Access Manager plugin so I’d need to understand how it works first before I can make any specific suggestions ??
