Exclude posts showed with WP Show Posts from listing bellow

Great plugin, is it posible to exclude posts showed with WP Show Posts from listing bellow.
Or to be more precise, I want to use WP Show Posts at the top of the blog page, so the posts I showed with WP Show Posts don’t want to be shown again below in the regular listing of posts.
