Exclude posts dynamically

Hello,
I’m using get_crp_posts_id to insert list of related posts to web page.
Some posts of my site have a list of connected posts (my own created feature). So, I need to exclude these posts from related posts list, depending on the current post. How can I pass to get_crp_posts_id the list of excluded ids of posts?
