Exclude post from sitemap (php code)

Hello, I would like to exclude some posts from the sitemap, I want to do it using a PHP code, since I have all my codes together and that’s how I stay organized.

I know that the plugin has the function of excluding posts from the sitemap, but what would a php code look like that does this job? Thank you so much.
