Exclude post from blog

When I created post called ‘deals’ under ‘channel’ category, the breadcrumb looks something like this Home/blog/channels/deals.

Why ‘channels’ falls under blog. I want it to look something like this Home/channels/deals.

I have setup post page as blog.But I don’t want to keep ‘How to’ post under blog.I want ‘information and news’; post only inside the blog.

And also when I click post inside blog, the URL look like https://www.yourdomain.com/deals instead of https://www.yourmaain.com/blog/channels/deals..

How to deal with this?
