    Unfortunately you cannot exclude widgets from Quick Cache using the URI Exclusion Patterns–only URIs that actually show up in the URL bar in your browser can be excluded (e.g., /shopping-cart/).

    Quick Cache does not currently support in-line block-exclusion of code, which would let you wrap the widget in exclusion code. However, that’s a feature I have planned for a future release.

    it means that i will empty the cache when i make a change, this is a matchtable for result every week must change

    Yes, if you empty the cache whenever you make a change to your widget, that should ensure that the new widget content appears on your site.
