Exclude pages not working

Excluding pages don’t work for me either, nor do Sitemap Content check boxes (you can exclude them all and they will still show up) and Hidden Categories don’t work either.

This began to happen in last update, latest update 4.0.7.1 did not fix this issue either, I know two versions back (4.0.6) it all worked.
