Exclude page/post from relate in Yarpp

  • I have just installed Yarpp, which I am pretty excited about. Only problem is that a lot of my related posts is my contact page? Is there some way I can insert som code on the page or turn page relate off?

  • You can add a tag or category to that page and then excluded that tag/category in YARPP options, under “The Pool”.

    The same problem —?YARPP shows pages as related to posts. There’s no way to add tags or categories to pages…

    Make sure “Cross-relate posts and pages” isn’t checked.

    The same thing is happening on my Site Map. I set it up as a post, created a special category called “Site Map” so that it would show up in the “Pool”, and selected it for exclusion.
    “Cross-relate posts and pages” is also deselected.

    Related Posts is still showing up on my Site Map page, though. Any other hints?
