Exclude not working?

I couldn’t get this working in GFWA so I turned to this plugin an still can’t make it work. I’m using the AgentPress theme and am trying to show a list of properties in a community that are for sale. So I’ve got it set up to show the community and exclude the id for “sold”, but it still shows all. https://www.jmwestonhomes.com/communities/wolf-ranch/
