Exclude Ninja Forms invisible H3 from script

    the TOC is integrating a non-existing headline into the table:

    <script id=”tmpl-nf-mp-part-title” type=”text/template”>
    <h3><span class=”ez-toc-section” id=”_datatitle”></span>
    data.title
    <span class=”ez-toc-section-end”></span></h3>
    </script>`

    How can I exclude that through the selector?
