Sure, we have checked your request but it’s the same logic used by Contact Form 7. If you add Tags in contact form 7 emails then the blank tag will leave black space if data is not there. so we also use the same logic to replace data with tags.

But sure, based on your request we will take care of this in PDF in the next version.

As per your request, we have updated the code and ignored Blank fields from the PDF. We have added this feature in the 3.0 version.
