Exclude items from contrast mode

Hey, great work!
Is there a way to “mark elements for exclusion” from the high/low contrast mode?

We have a specific element on our site, which is made of z-index-ed layered transparent elements, and when contrast is turned on, their overlap breaks the visibility.

So, I’d like to exclude only them.
