When I enter the IP address to exclude and click save, it disappears from the box and I still see stats from that IP. Please advise.

    Hello @infinitelinx

Please do Reset All settings once.
After resetting you can able to exclude IP addresses.
It’s working fine on other sites, I have checked.

Please do let me know asap.
    Thanks.

Hello, I allow myself to reopen this post because, for my part, even after a “reset” the IP address to be excluded and / or the Ids of pages / posts do not remain …
    Sincerely, Stéphan

I see there was an update on the plugin which looks great graphically but it’s still not excluding spam IP Addresses. I have 114.119.0.* and I still see this IP 114.119.147.13 logged in the reports and it’s definitely spam. Please advise. Thank you.

Hi received the following email from WordPress this morning:

Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue

Howdy! Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email. In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Advanced Page Visit Counter. First, visit your website (https://—–.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://—.com/wc/wp-admin/admin.php?page=apvc-dashboard-page&apvc_page=detailed-reports&article_id=1012) and check for any visible issues. Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further. If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further. https://—.com/wc/wp-login.php?action=enter_recovery_mode&rm_token=AIrKzRv0Sc2361GojTf58N&rm_key=UPYZpdtdWyBVAt64ua3TnD To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires. When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information: WordPress version 5.3.4 Current theme: Listingpro (version 2.0.14) Current plugin: Advanced Page Visit Counter (version 4.2.0) PHP version 7.0.33 Error Details ============= An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 356 of the file /home/—/public_html/wc/wp-content/plugins/advanced-page-visit-counter/includes/class-advanced-page-visit-counter-queries.php.
