    Dear Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to bring to your attention an issue I am currently experiencing with the “Exclude input and textarea” option. Unfortunately, it does not seem to be functioning properly on any of the text areas present on my pages at reliize.com.

To provide a specific example, when attempting to add a product to the cart and entering a coupon code in the designated text field on the cart page, I have noticed that the right mouse click protection still persists. This particular feature has become quite bothersome and inconvenient.

I kindly request your assistance in addressing this matter as soon as possible. It would be greatly appreciated if you could investigate and rectify the issue with the “Exclude input and textarea” option on reliize.com.

Thank you for your attention and prompt action regarding this issue.

    Best regards,

    Dear @grayzen,

    Thank you for the topic.

We have checked your website and noticed that everything works fine in this regard.
If the Exclude Input and the Textarea option are enabled, you can copy/paste into the inputs and text areas.

    See the video below:

By the way, we noticed that you are using the Cache plugin, that generates a Cache on the whole Front page.

    See the screenshot below:

    So, please?make a?DB backup?for your safety (you can use?UpdraftPlus).?
Then,?clear the?caches?and make sure the?cache?is?excluded?on the page where the copy protection is enabled.?

After clearing the caches, please try to check the case with either the Incognito mode or another browser/device.

    Thank you.
