    Hello @netsales

I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.

Can you please disable W3 Total Cache settings one by one, save settings and purge the cache after you disable each setting and see which one might be causing this.
    Thank you!

    Hello,

    I have disabled:
    – Page Cache
    – Minify
    – Database Cache
    – Object Cahce
    – Browser Cache
and purge the Cache, but the iframe is not output.
Is there another way to exclude the embedded iframe from the cache?

    Thanks
    Tilo

    Hello @netsales

    Thank you for your feedback.
If all the settings are enabled in the Performance>General settings, then the W3 Total Cache should not be affecting anything on the website.
Can you please share the screenshot of the General settings?
Please check your .htaccess file and make sure that the W3TC rules are removed when the settings are disabled.

    Thanks!

    Hello @vmarko

I really only have problems with the output of the iFrame and W3TC.
The htaccess file is all fine and not the problem.
I loaded the default configuration from W3TC and also completely disabled caching in the Divi settings.
Here is the question, where do I have to exclude the caching of the embedded iFrames in the W3TC?

    Thanks
    Tilo
