Exclude headings by class

Hi,

Your plugin looks great! But could you please add the option to also exclude headings by class. For instance, headings with class=”not-in-toc” or class=”exclude-from-toc” would not be put in the toc.

It’s really important as most of the time, the words change from page to page, but the headings you don’t want to put in toc always have the same class.

If there already is a function.php workaround for this, could someone share it please?
