exclude from standard wp loop

thank you for this great plugin. also I′m a newbie, so maybe you could help me?

I made a new template using cpt-onomies to get an extra aera on my site for football-news. the problem now is, that all entries for football are shown on my standard loop of wordpress too. is it possible to exclude these football entries from wp-loop (index.php, twentyeleven)?
