Exclude from js aggregate doesn’t ‘listnen’

We are having a problem with a third party plugin (a cart popup). The error was tracked down to the js file of that plugin. It seems that this js file can’t handle the js minify.

Therefore we tried to exclude it here: https://prnt.sc/vpdjil but the script still gets included in the minified file.

How could we debug this further without switchting js minifying completely off?
