Exclude from blog page

I’m using the Grid Loop for a static home page. I want to exclude the loop from the blog post page. How can I go about doing this? I’ve seen the other posts on how to exclude the grid loop for categories. How can I accomplish this in my case? The blog posts page pulls entries from all categories.
