Exclude Free Shipping Support

  • I emailed yall about issues with my website not having the option as well and have heard nothing back. Worked in the past but not anymore. Same issue as those below. Thanks.

    Sorry to hear you’re having trouble. It sounds like there might be a conflict coming from another plugin.

    Temporarily deactivate plugins (especially any “shipping” related plugins) to find the culprit. Once you determine which plugin is causing the conflict we can dig in further.

    For Simple products it should be under the “Shipping” tab. For Variable products, go to the Variations tab and expand each Variation to find the “Exclude Free Shipping” checkbox next to “Manage Stock?”

    If you are not seeing the checkbox, perhaps you can set them using our PW WooCommerce Bulk Edit plugin. You can install the free version of the plugin by following these steps:

    1. Log into your WordPress admin area.
    2. Click on Plugins -> Add New
    3. Search for “Pimwick” and when you see our Bulk Edit plugin, click on Install and then Activate.
    4. Click on Pimwick Plugins > PW Bulk Edit
    5. Filter the products
    6. Check the “Exclude Free Shipping” box for the products that should be excluded.
