Exclude Free Delivery not working

    Hi,

    I’ve used the free WooCommerce Advanced Free Delivery plugin to create a rule which says “If subtotal is greater or equal to ￡75, delivery is free”, and I’ve added your plugin to enable some products to be exempt from this rule.

    However, when I add one of the products to the cart which has ‘Exclude Free Delivery’ checked, it still applies free shipping.

    This is one of the items which has ‘Exclude Free Delivery’ checked – https://thesaxshack.co.uk/shop/used-instruments/noblet-paris-tenor-saxophone/, but if you add it to the cart and go to checkout you’ll see that it shows free delivery.

    Please can you help?

    Hi Andy, it is possible that our plugin happens before the “WooCommerce Advanced Free Delivery” plugin. We will update our plugin to fire later in the WordPress event chain and that should take care of the issue. I will update this post when it’s released.

    We just released v1.7 which should take care of this conflict. To get the update:

    1. Log into your WordPress Admin area.
    2. Click on Plugins -> Installed plugins.
    3. Scroll down to PW WooCommerce Exclude Free Shipping and click “Check for updates.”
    4. The page will refresh, then scroll back down and click on “Update.”

    Let me know if this takes care of the issue.

    Hi,

    Apologies for not getting back to you sooner. I have updated the plugin but am still having the same issue.

    When I disable the ‘Advanced Free Delivery’ plugin, the ‘Exclude free delivery’ plugin does work, but then I can’t enforce the rule which says “If subtotal is greater or equal to ￡75, delivery is free”.

    Is there anything else you can advise, please?
