Exclude File Types

Is there a way (WP filter or hook) that would allow me to exclude certain file types like images and documents so the plugin only uploads larger audio and video files to GCS?

I am trying to use GCS for my podcast audio files and save storage space on my webhost. I have created a workflow where WP-Stateless is in Backup Mode and I have the “File URL Replacement” setting DISABLED, but wanted to use this for ONLY my larger Audio and Video files instead of sending all new files (images, documents, etc.) to GCS.
