Exclude fields or terms from indexing?

Hi. Is it possible to specify the fields (custom and default WP fields) and taxonomy terms that get indexed? Or to exclude specific fields or terms from being indexed? For instance, let’s say you have body/content fields with a lot of content in them and don’t want to index them because of this. Is there a way to exclude them from being indexed by the plugin?
