Exclude Facebook Bots

    Hello,

    I’m running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns. When you upload an ad Meta’s system a series of bots to checkout your landing page.

    Is there an option to exclude gathering statistics for these bots visits in Independent Analytics?

    Hi there,

    We do have built-in bot detection that excludes Facebook/Meta bots from being counted. I will check if they have made any changes that could allow some of their bot traffic to escape our checks. Otherwise, the traffic could be coming from external bots crawling the ads on the site that aren’t affiliate dwith FB.
