Exclude emails for specific products

Yes I have found that code snippet as well but somehow this is not working and giving errors when product orders are done. And in the customization woocommerce eemails options you shared with the link there are not really options which do what we are asking, maybe MailChimp integration can achieve this.

If there is somehow another snippet or if you have more ideas let me know.
