Exclude element from page caching?

Good day.

I have a problem using the Shop Engin plugin.
In the product page I have a section that is based on cookies that shows the last viewed products by the user.
Is it possible to exclude this section from caching because when I go through different products and a cache is generated it works correctly but when I go back to an already viewed product for which I have a cache the section shows an old version in the section with the last viewed products?
My idea is to keep the page cached and turn off only this element so that it updates correctly on reload. I wouldn’t want to exclude the entire single product page because that would make it pretty pointless to use the Litespeed cache plugin.
