    Dear Support,

    We can create a dynamic segment based on user activity, e.g. email opened or clicked since specific date, or other criteria.

    However, when sending a new campaign, we cannot exclude this dynamic segment. We can exclude lists and tags but dynamic segments.

    Surely this can’t be correct?

    If this is correct, then I request this as a new feature because it is an obvious & simple feature that is missing.

    Currently, there isn’t any option to exclude based on dynamic segments in email campaigns. You can only exclude based on lists or tags.

    I will take that as a feature request.
